The Gift Of Being Psychic

You were just about to cross a street corner when something in your mind flashes, faster than lightning, and you pulled back the person beside you who is also about to cross. Next thing you know, a bullet fast car passes by. Does this make you a hero or a psychic? Or both?

From the Greek word “psychikos”, which means of the soul or mental the word psychic means having an ability to perceive information hidden from the normal senses through ESP (Extrasensory perception). With this ability at hand, you can be like prophets predicting the future, or seers knowing the past. You can even be like vampires reading the minds or mortals. Extraordinary things will be ordinary to you.

Searching for the exact meaning of the word psychic in books, dictionaries, or other forms of literally will not give you the answer on how to know if you are really psychic. Some actual examples of psychic abilities are like when you know the phone will ring before it actually does; you get this feeling that it might rain though it’s bright and sunny right now and later on that day it pours; and extreme signs can even go to reading people’s thoughts and saying what they were wanting to say before they actually say it.

Signs of these abilities can be just as simple as that. People have this misconception that it needs to be an earth-shattering spiritual event to know you are psychic. Truth is, everyone is psychic at some level. Everyone can possess a certain amount of this ability, even though they may never be aware of it.

The list of psychic abilities can run from A to Z. Some may be blessed with the gift of Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, or Clairsentience; others may specialize in Aura Reading; and there are those who have the ability to see the unseen through their psychic eye or what we popular call the third eye; in fact, there are even others who have more than one psychic ability.

Being psychic is actually a special ability. Think about it, you can read people’s minds, you can predict the future, find lost objects, and there are even some who have telekinetic powers! Everyone has psychic abilities but re just completely unaware of it. Some however have higher levels of the psychic gift.

There are many ways to develop you psychic abilities. These are very easy and it sums up into three points — accept and be aware, meditate, and thing positively. Surely the first obvious step is to tell yourself “I am psychic!” then after this you practice your abilities through meditation. Lastly think positively that your psychic powers are given for you to become an instrument for greater good.

Psychic abilities are a gift; and people who are more blessed with these are just a chosen few. It is a gift that has a great power of influence to change the world for a better cause.

Before you watch it though if you can…PLEASE . Click in the bottom corner of the video screen once it starts, and open in full screen. Also if you possibly can, grab and stick in ear phones and really shut out the rest of the world just for a short time, this only goes for less then a minute or so.

One last thing. As it plays be conscious of breathing   r e a l l y   s l o w   deep breaths, have your eyes closed as though you are focusing backward to look at the back of your own eye  balls. And very important….drop and really relax your shoulders…If you try these things and then really listen, you will get so much more out of this I promise. It only lasts about a minute but I do this tiny routine each morning in front of my computer before I start my work day and it REALLY does make a difference. What have you got to loose? Try IT !
